Woman who ‘spent three days in heaven’ returns with message

The idea of life after death has been a core part of many religious and spiritual traditions throughout history. While some believe in an afterlife or reincarnation, others view death as the ultimate end of consciousness. With science offering no concrete answers, most perspectives on this topic are shaped by personal beliefs or cultural background.

Julie Poole, a self-described spiritual guide, has made a name for herself by sharing insights from her metaphysical experiences. One of her most astonishing claims is that she “died and spent three days in heaven.” Now in her early 60s, Julie says she received messages from what she calls “angelic beings” in a “higher realm” and believes she’s been sent back to Earth with a mission and a warning.

At the age of 21, Julie attempted suicide after years of what she describes as physical, emotional, sexual, and mental abuse. She took a massive overdose of medication, hoping to escape the pain that had haunted her for years. According to her, she died and remained in a state beyond life for three full days. During that time, she claims to have entered another realm where she encountered radiant beings of light—figures that appeared shimmering and full of love.

In this place, which she refers to as the Higher Realms, she remembers being surrounded by guides and angels who lifted her up into a space filled with white light and overwhelming love. She recalls feeling at peace and even telling them, “I’m going home.” But the beings told her, “No, you’re not. It’s not your time yet.”

Julie says she pleaded with them, expressing that she couldn’t bear to go back to the world she came from. The pain was too much. But the spiritual beings reminded her that before she was born, she had agreed to a challenging life on Earth—a life filled with suffering. Despite their warnings that it would be too overwhelming, she chose this path to balance out karma and experience the consequences of her past actions in previous lives.

“You chose this life,” they told her. “So now here you are at 21, trying to leave early. We have to heal you enough to go back.”

Julie said they healed her spiritually and physically to the point where she could return to her body. But before sending her back, they revealed that she would live until the age of 67—meaning she has just a few more years left, according to that vision.

Now working as a spiritual coach and teacher, Julie believes her life mission is to clear karma and offer guidance to others based on the revelations she received during those three days. A large part of her message revolves around forgiveness, which she calls “one of the highest vibrational forms of love.”

One of the key elements of her experience is what she refers to as the “Golden Age,” a period of spiritual and social transformation for humanity. According to Julie, the beings she encountered in the Higher Realms explained that this age would unfold between the years 2012 and 2032.

“They said we’re moving into a Golden Age where structures built on corruption, abuse of power, and inequality will start to crumble,” she explains. “For thousands of years, power has been concentrated in the hands of the few who control the masses. That era is ending.”

Julie claims we are now approaching a time of global awakening, a “day of reckoning” not marked by apocalyptic disaster, but by a great shedding of the false and corrupt. She describes this upcoming phase as the “breaking of shackles,” where outdated systems of control and manipulation will fall, and humanity will rediscover its true power and potential.

“This Golden Age is about dismantling the lies, revealing truth, and bringing about genuine equality,” she adds. “It’s not a dream. It’s a shift that’s already underway.”

Julie says the beings in the Higher Realms emphasized that she and others like her have returned to Earth to help deliver this message. Their mission, she believes, is to show people what’s possible and to be the bridge between this world and the spiritual truths that can transform it.

But her account doesn’t stop there.

Julie also believes that extraterrestrial beings—or as she calls them, “beings of light”—have played a significant role in human development and will continue to do so. These beings, she says, are far more advanced than us, not just in technology but also in consciousness and spiritual awareness. According to Julie, they have been visiting Earth for a long time, watching over humanity, and even intervening when necessary.

She claims that if global leaders ever come close to using nuclear weapons or initiating mass destruction, these extraterrestrial beings will step in. “They won’t allow it,” Julie states. “They will stop it. They will not let us blow ourselves up or destroy this planet. They will intervene.”

Though her story may sound unbelievable to many, Julie insists that her experiences are real and have completely changed her understanding of life, death, and the universe. She sees herself not just as a survivor of immense trauma, but as someone with a divine purpose—to awaken others, share messages of healing and hope, and help usher in a better world.

Whether you find her story inspiring or difficult to believe, it raises timeless questions that many of us ponder: What happens after we die? Is there more to life than what we can see? And could there really be forces—spiritual or otherwise—guiding us toward something greater?

We’d love to hear your thoughts on Julie’s story and the broader concept of life after death. What do you believe happens when this life ends? Share your perspective, and let’s start a conversation that might just open new doors of understanding.
